Public Meeting Room Requests

Spokane County Fire District 9 makes select public meeting rooms available for community use, subject to availability and approval.

Please complete the form below to request use of a public meeting room. All requests are reviewed by Administration and are processed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Approval is required prior to use.

Fire District–related meetings, training, emergency operations, or other District needs will always take priority and may result in cancellation of an approved request.

Before submitting your request, please note:

  • Public meeting rooms may be used between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

  • Use of the room is limited to non-commercial, non-profit, non-religious, and non-political activities.

  • No alcohol, controlled substances, open flames, animals (except service animals), or hazardous materials are permitted.

  • Only water is allowed in meeting rooms.

  • All posted occupancy limits must be observed.

Agreement Acknowledgment


By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Public Meeting Room Use Standard Operating Procedure (SOP 922) and the Public Meeting Room Use and Hold Harmless Agreement. I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee approval.


If approved, I understand that I will be required to review and sign the Use and Hold Harmless Agreement in person prior to using the facility.
